TART trail at the end of 14th Street near the intersection of the upper
and lower trails. <br></div><div><br></div><div>That spot is a hangout
for homeless people and for paddlers to launch boats and for trail users
to just take a rest in the shade along the lake shore.</div><div><br></div><div>Before the trash can was placed, it was a real mess down there but now it's pristine. <br></div><div><br></div><div>The can has worked so well that I can't keep up with the bag changing.</div><div><br></div><div>I am asking one of the TART users who lives over in that area to step up and help us manage that trash can.</div><div><br></div><div>Windborne

offered to let us use his dumpster for disposal of the bagged trash as
