[Sketching11] Preliminary presentation download and survey reminder

Hi, I put the first draft of the presentation download page up here:

It has the wrong affiliation, "None" where there were no presentations 
(instead of just skipping the download link) and the wrong sizes for all 
the presentations, but all the download links should work.

Please check whether yours made it to the drive I passed around (I know 
that at least one--Alicia and Ayah's--showed up blank), that it is 
downloadable and that it looks right. If not, send me a fresh copy and 
I'll insert it. Let me know if you'd rather not have your presentation 
available to the general public, and anything else that may be relevant. 
I'm not planning to announce this link until I've cleared up all the 
problems, but I wanted to make the presentations available a soon as 
possible.

Also, if you haven't taken the survey already, please do at your earliest 
convenience. There's already been great feedback that will change (and not 
change) how we do things next year, and I'd like to hear from everyone.
