Hi Everyone,
After the Intel event (for those on the advisory panel) there will be a dinner from 5-7:30. A 13 person Sprinter Shuttle will depart at 7:30 from the dinner venue to the Biosphere arriving at 9:30 pm Thursday. I expect about half of the participants will use the shuttle based on the google survey.. so others could ping us if they want a ride from downtown Chandler.

Shared living spaces, private bedrooms. There are shared rooms for those who want to share costs.
Here are floorplans:

And their description:
"The casitas were built in 2002 to house students, now they offer a great place to unwind after a day of meetings. The bedrooms share a central kitchen and living area, but one can escape to their room for complete privacy. Rooms are oversized and feature high-speed internet access and air conditioning. Each casita has both covered front and back porches, a great place to enjoy the cooling mornings and spectacular sunsets."

Let me confirm with Seth. I'll adjust schedules appropriately.

I was thinking 3 nights versus 4 nights and that folks would leave after the hackathon, but if there's significant demand for Monday night lodging we'll talk to Biosphere 2 and I suspect they'll be accommodating, since I think Sketching is the only thing scheduled that week.

Yes, Monday morning means Thursday-Monday.
