[Sketching15] Sketching in Hardware 2015 Update #6: Last call for shuttle transportation info

Last Call for Airport Shuttle Service to Sketching 2015 – if you would 
like transportation from either the Phoenix or Tucson airport to Biosphere 
2 for Sketching 2015 and have not yet let us know or provided your arrival 
and departure flight information, NOW is the time!  We are in the process 
of scheduling shuttle vans as needed and need to turn in our final count 
early this next week.  Monday, 7/27/15, at Noon PST is the deadline to get 
your information in and be included on the transportation roster.

Send your shuttle needs and flight info to Janie at 
janie.coakley at thingm.com, copied to Leah at leah.mckibbin at thingm.com if 
you have not yet submitted it or if you have any changes.  Once all 
shuttles are scheduled, you will be contacted with information on 
when/where to board your shuttle with a request to reply to confirm. 
Please be advised that some of you will get to spend a little waiting time 
at the Phoenix airport between shuttles – we understand it’s a nice place 
to hang out!

Dinner transport: Transportation to Saturday evening’s dinner will be 
provided via motor coach from Biosphere 2.  Boarding will begin at 6:00 pm 
with departure at 6:30.  Boarding location to be announced.
