[Sketching20] Sketching 2020 participant survey

Hi! Happy holidays! If you have not yet filled out our participant survey, 
please do so!

Sketching 2021 news: we're optimistically still hoping to have it in 
person next September, but since it seemed to work out pretty well 
virtually, we'll also have Virtual Sketching as a backup, or maybe we'll 
make it a mix of the two and see what happens.

Please fill out the survey ASAP!
