[Sketching21] Sketching in Hardware 2021 is a go!

Hi! Hope all is going well. I spent an everning this week resurrecting* a 
1969 Wang 320K calculator terminal that I pulled out of the trash at the 
University of Michigan 30 years ago. I think I leveled up in packrat cred 
with my kids.

Also: please fill out our pre-Sketching survey.

*-partially: one of the nixies is out and the keyboard doesn't work with 
the "aftermaket" (if you can call it that) board I got from the guy who 
actually specializes in these calculators. I'm going to debug it next 
week.
