[brcs-announce] BRCS - Rain or Shine

Most likely rain.

It looks like it will be raining pretty good tonight and cold and drizzle for 
tomorrow.

Even the wind isn't going to cooperate either.  15MPH from the North.

So, come prepared to stay warm and dry.  No shorts, T-shirts and flip-flops.  
Wear nylon if you have it and bring some extra cloths to leave in the car to 
change into. 


Tomorrow is not going to be a day to get wet and play in the river.
