[brcs-announce] BRCS - Rain

The rain looks like it will be gone by 10:00 or maybe before.

Let's meet as planned, at 9:00am, and get the meetings and photos out of the way 
and by then the rain will be done.

Wear warm cloths, bring dry cloths to have in the car and bring an umbrella.
