[Boardman River Clean Sweep Announcements]

The Boardman River does not end at South Airport Rd.   The downtown section is just as important to this area as the rest of the river.   It's what 99.99% of visitors see when they are here and it's what makes Traverse City so unique.

This Saturday, the 26th, the BRCS is having a downtown cleanup with the homeless community that is a project that does a lot of good for Traverse City and the river.
We'll start at 9:00am at Hannah Park and paddle to the Bay.  The homeless will walk the banks and afterwards there will be a picnic at Bethlehem Lutheran Church at Front and Garfield Ave.
Take this opportunity to come out and help give back to the community and the river that we all love so much.
