[brcs-announce] West TART Trail trash can

The BRCS has placed a trash can at the red roofed gazebo on the TART trail at the end of 14th Street near the intersection of the upper and lower trails. 

That spot is a hangout for homeless people and for paddlers to launch boats and for trail users to just take a rest in the shade along the lake shore.
Before the trash can was placed, it was a real mess down there but now it's pristine.  

The can has worked so well that I can't keep up with the bag changing.
I am asking one of the TART users who lives over in that area to step up and help us manage that trash can.
Windborne Photographic on 14th Street which is a block away has generously offered to let us use his dumpster for disposal of the bagged trash as has Oryana. 

If anyone is interested in helping out, contact me or Brain Beauchamps at the TART office.
The BRCS will supply all the bags for free.
