[Sketching11] Sketching in Hardware update #5: Pepper Hall and FI parking

The event is being held in the Franklin Institute's Pepper Hall. On 
Friday, museum staff will guide you to the room from the front entrance. 
However, on Saturday and Sunday you're on your own.

Also, FI will validate parking so it only costs $6/day, in case you're 
driving to the event.
