Nik Martelaro said that if the website doesn't let you book at our rate, 
it is worth calling them to see why. His experience was that he was trying 
to book for an extra day earlier and rather than suggesting that he should 
book one day at the regular room rate and the rest at our rate, Aloft's 
website said that he couldn't get our rate at all. Calling on the phone 
cleared up the confusion. Thank you, Nik.
