A COVID MASKING/TESTING QUESTIONNAIRE

One of the challenges of organizing an event in this stage of the pandemic 
is that COVID infection levels, policies, and social norms are all rapidly 
changing. In response to what we see as a greater acceptance for not 
wearing masks in all indoor situations, we are considering adapting our 
current plan for COVID protocols to NOT require mask wearing during the 
event, while requiring more daily rapid testing. However, before we make 
any policy changes we want to get an idea from you about what you feel 
comfortable with.

what policies will help you feel more comfortable attending Sketching in

add a title (or even a preliminary topic idea) to the schedule. Since the 
schedule is editable, you can change it right up until the minute, or even

RAIN GEAR ON SATURDAY

On Saturday we will do the customary Sketching "leave the building" 
exercise and walk around the city in small groups. The weather report says 
it may be rainy on Saturday, so please bring an umbrella or a raincoat.


THURSDAY PRE-EVENT GATHERING
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Some of us arrive on Thursday, some even earlier. Others may even live in 
Dublin. If you want to meet up for a drink the evening before the event, 
please join me and Leah at the Vertigo bar in the Clayton Hotel Cardiff 
Lane (the event hotel) on Thursday at 7PM. This will be very casual, at 
least for me because I'll undoubtedly be jetlagged.
