[brcs-announce] Changes for Downtown BRCS event

[Boardman River Clean Sweep Announcements]

Please note that the meeting place for the Downtown section of the Boardman River Clean Sweep event has been changed from HULL PARK to Hannah Park.  Everyone should meet there at Hannah Park and NOT at Hull Park.  9:00am.

This is a last minute change but it will speed things up considerably.
